HODL Markets Appoints Wendi Carver as Chief Operating Officer

Carver brings over 25 years of experience in senior financial leadership roles, combining deep expertise in capital markets, risk management, and digital asset infrastructure.

Carver’s career spans traditional finance and cutting-edge blockchain innovation. Most recently, she served as COO and Director on the Board at BankWyse, a Wyoming-chartered bank purpose-built to integrate qualified custody of digital assets with modern commercial banking. Prior to BankWyse, Carver launched a tokenization platform and marketplace at Atomyze LLC, recognizing early the transformative potential of distributed ledger technology in tokenization and capital markets.

Her impressive professional background includes managing trading desks, structuring operations, and launching funds across commodities, institutional equity, and equity derivatives. Carver is also a thought leader on crypto market structure and risk, co-authoring recent analysis on leverage and systemic fragility in digital assets for publications such as the Financial Times.
