HODL Markets has made changes to its personnel. Jesus Lander, Jean-Andre Villamizer, Wendi Carver and Alfredo Lopez are no longer with the firm.

None of the four is authorized to represent HODL Markets or HODL Protocol in any capacity. Please direct any matters previously handled by them to the firm using the contact below.

A change of this magnitude in a small company is significant, but we are well-positioned to adapt. We are recruiting for key roles, including product managers, engineers well-versed in smart contracts, and business development associates. Any referrals or applications are welcome and appreciated!

There are certain transition-related issues concerning company materials, systems, and business matters that we are addressing through counsel. Because those issues are ongoing, we do not intend to discuss them in this update. For present purposes, the important point is that HODL remains focused on protecting its business, continuing its work, and communicating clearly with its stakeholders. To the clients, partners, and friends who have been steadfast in their support of HODL, thank you.

Earlier this year, HODL continued to advance its regulatory and product pathway for tokenized investment products in the U.S. and other major jurisdictions. We are now focusing on direct integrations with fintechs, brokerages, wealth advisors, banks, and other distribution partners, with the goal of expanding access to high-quality investment strategies through compliant and scalable infrastructure.
