Quant Dev / Full-stack Engineer

The Role:

Engineer with hands-on experience building and maintaining high-performance web applications and microservices. Comfortable across the stack—designing REST/GraphQL APIs, integrating modern front-end frameworks, and automating CI/CD on AWS & GCP.

You’ll work closely with our product and engineering teams to bring to life a one-stop shop for sophisticated, diversified hedge-fund strategies across asset classes—mirroring the appeal of leading Traditional Finance platforms, like Apollo, Blackstone, and KKR, but with the accessibility, transparency, and efficiency of DeFi. 

What we are looking for:

  • 3-10 years' experience; 

  • Self-starter: You’ve built something in a startup environment or independently; Expertise in as many of the following areas as possible:

    • Languages: TypeScript, Python, JavaScript

    • Backend Frameworks: FastAPI, NestJS, Django, Express

    • Frontend: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS

    • Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis 

    • DevOps / CI/CD: Docker, GitHub Actions, basic Kubernetes, Terraform

    • Cloud: AWS (ECS & Lambda), GCP (Cloud Run & GKE)

    • Testing & Quality: Pytest, Jest, Playwright, OpenAPI 

Bonus:

  • CQF qualification advantageuos

  • Financial Information eXchange (FIX Protocol) experience

  • Previous experience as a Quant Developer (eg, building trading execution systems)

  • Basic Solidity (≥0.8.x), using Hardhat or Foundry

  • Integration experience with ethers.js or Viem; basic Chainlink Automation

  • Awareness of common smart contract security risks 

  • Timezone: CET (+/- 3 hours)
